Nordic walking

Location: Villa Angiolina
Route information: THALASSO CARDIO WALK
Opatija (Villa Angiolina)-Lungomare-Slatina-Hotel Admiral-Lungomare-Ičići-Lungomare-Villa Angiolina.
Duration: approx. 2,5 hours, easy route, 7 km
Nordic walking poles provided for 40 people. 
In case of the bad weather organizer holds the right to change the route.
Important:
-all participants should come in sports outfit 
-it is recommended to take a bottle of water and a hat
-participation at one's own risk

Mindfulness exercises in nature

Carmen Sylva Forest Promenade (Gathering in front of the Opatija market)
Duration: 3.5 – 4 hours
Led by: Nataša Jelenić Herega

Mindfulness is the practice of focusing your attention on the present moment. The Mindfulness Exercises in Nature programme is designed as a combination of mindfulness exercises and walking, with the aim of improving concentration, reducing stress, and strengthening your connection with the natural environment.

Recommended equipment:
Sitting mat, sneakers, and a backpack with a snack and drink.

The number of participants is limited. Registration is required at least 24 hours in advance. When registering, please state the participant’s full name and mobile phone number.
